Registration Deadline is September 23 Advisors and chapter members are invited to attend -Chapter dues need not be paid before attendance

Checks can be made out to Prince William Sound Community College (PWSCC). Fill in the blanks with X's beside them. Be sure to include either your UA ID or Social Security Number and your birth date. All forms and money are due at conference.
